Terms of use
These terms describe the permitted use and current limitations of ENS Advisor, an independent research application operated by Samet.
Purpose and decisions
ENS Advisor organizes .eth name research. Scores, dates, prices and sales comparisons are informational and can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. They are not financial advice, a formal valuation or a guarantee of availability, profit or resale. Confirm live registration conditions with the relevant provider before making your own decision.
Your account and records
Use a Google account you are authorized to access, protect it and sign out on shared devices. Submit only information you have the right to use. Keep a backup of records you need. You retain your rights to the notes and other original content you provide; the service processes them to deliver the features you request.
Acceptable use
Do not try to access another user’s records, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, evade usage limits or use the application for unlawful activity. Availability and usage limits depend on the application and its data providers.
Monitoring and external transactions
Browser monitoring runs while the application is open. Optional server monitoring continues while the site is closed, and Telegram alerts require an explicitly confirmed account connection. Scheduling and delivery depend on the configured services and may be delayed. Alerts are not guaranteed to arrive before a registration deadline. Purchases, renewals, payments and wallet transactions take place on external services under their own terms. ENS Advisor does not execute them on your behalf.
Changes and support
Features and data sources may change or be temporarily unavailable. These terms will be updated as the service changes. Nothing on this page limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited. For support or questions about these terms, contact [email protected].
Membership periods
Where paid checkout is available, the Membership page states the price, quotas, accepted token and network, and access period before payment. Draft prices shown while sales are closed are preparation previews. The monthly Pro option provides 30 days of research-service access and the annual option provides 365 days, paid upfront. Both include the same Pro features; domain registration costs are separate. Each renewal requires a new payment confirmation and does not authorize automatic wallet debits. Early renewal preserves remaining time. On expiry, records remain available under Free limits. Payment verification can be delayed; do not send a second payment to resolve an uncertain status without checking it. Contact the operator for billing questions and refund requests. Applicable statutory rights continue to apply.
