Privacy policy
This policy describes how ENS Advisor handles information when you visit the site, sign in and save research. The service is operated by Samet; contact [email protected] for privacy questions.
Google sign-in
We request only basic Google identity information: a unique account identifier, verified email address and profile information such as your name and profile image. This information establishes your session and links you to your saved workspace. Your Google identifier and display name are stored with your account records; session data can contain your email and profile image. We do not request access to Gmail messages, contacts, Drive files or your Google password.
Research and saved records
We store your settings, candidate names, watchlist, notes, budgets, portfolio entries, saved searches, feedback, research history, notifications and backup recovery records so you can continue across visits. We use these records to provide the features you request and personalize candidate discovery. They are not publicly listed or made available to other app users.
Background monitoring and Telegram
If you enable server monitoring, your saved watchlist and active trials are checked without an open browser; daily discovery is a separate choice. Connecting Telegram stores its chat identifier, display label, notification language and delivery records. You confirm the account in the app before alerts begin. Domain names, alert reasons and estimated costs are sent to Telegram; we do not request your phone number. You can disconnect in the app or with /stop in the bot. Delivery records are retained to prevent duplicate messages; they and connection permissions are not restored from backups. The scheduler receives a protected job endpoint and a limited trigger credential, not private research records.
Wallet connections and imports
You can enter a public Ethereum address or connect a wallet to select an account. In My budget and names, the selected address is sent to OpenSea to discover names and to Ethereum RPC services to check ownership. The latest preview and imported records, including the source address and ownership check time, are saved in your private workspace and included in backups. Clearing the preview or disconnecting does not remove imported portfolio records. The chosen wallet provider is remembered in this browser separately for your app account; reconnecting checks existing address access without requesting a new approval. Signing out clears this preference. Disconnecting here ends the app connection; site permissions can be removed in the wallet itself. This feature does not request private keys, signatures, transactions or payments. Connecting is not a login method or cryptographic proof that you control the address.
Membership and payment records
Membership preparation stores account-linked plan periods, daily usage counters, order identifiers, quoted and paid amounts, provider payment addresses, payment states and audit events. Administrator simulations are clearly labelled and kept separate from real payments. If checkout is enabled and you start an order, its identifier, amount and currency are sent to NOWPayments to create and verify the payment. We do not send your Google account details or research notes to the payment provider. Wallet transfers are recorded on the public blockchain. Membership and payment records are excluded from research backup restores to prevent duplicated access; payment history is available on the Membership page. Storage and service providers
The application and its PostgreSQL database run on a dedicated server operated by ENS Advisor; Cloudflare provides DNS and proxy services in front of it. Google handles authentication. Hosting providers can process technical request information, such as IP addresses and operational logs, to deliver and secure the service. ENS lookups use Ethereum RPC and indexing services; market research uses OpenSea. These requests include the queried domain or blockchain asset information, not your Google account details or private research notes. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
Cookies, preferences and data use
Authentication uses session and security cookies. Language and theme preferences are stored in your browser. The application does not include advertising or third-party analytics trackers. We do not sell Google account information, use it for advertising or send it to AI model training services. Data is used to operate the service, save your work and resolve support or security issues.
Retention and your choices
Signing out or disconnecting Google does not delete saved research. Records remain until removed through the available app controls or a deletion request is processed; recovery copies may still contain earlier records. You can export your workspace using the backup feature. For account deletion, correction or access requests, email the operator from the account you use to sign in. We may need to verify ownership before acting. Removing app records does not remove public blockchain data or downloaded backup files.
